		<description>I see that at least one Sounders supporter (they&#039;re a prickly lot) has taken exception to my characterization of the club&#039;s historic first season. (twitter.com/sounderatheart) In fairness, I would admit that the team has performed very well, winning the Open Cup and posting the fifth-best record in MLS. My point, however, is that the fifth-best team in MLS *should not make the playoffs*.</description>
