Are You Man Enough to Buy a Blank N64 Cartridge?

This Ebay auction caught my eye the other day, and it’s garnering attention all around the internet. It’s a guy who’s selling a blank N64 cartridge on Ebay, with no promise of what you’re actually getting when you buy it. Here’s the official description:
Yes, this game is missing its labels, leaving the games identity indiscernible. However, everything else about the cartridge is perfect. There’s no sticker residue, major scratches, writing, dents, cracks, or anything else. The ‘game’ (whatever it may be) plays just fine thanks to a few hours of heavy duty contact cleansing (I rubbed those contacts down as if there was no tomorrow).
You are bidding on THE CARTRIDGE WITH NO NAME. (the buy it now price is the year it was released)
There, short and simple enough for ya? It’s gonna be a risky, intense bidding war. And who knows what the game is? It could kick ass, could be a bargain… could totally suck. Whaddya say bro? Join me, let’s see how far we can take this. And for you there, holding the mouse? Place your bid. Let the auction begin!
So it’s not blank, but there’s no guarantee its not Superman 64 either, which would be far worse than if it was actually blank. The bidding is up to $98 as of now, with four days left to go in the auction. The only N64 games that are worth $98 over their lifetime in terms of replay value are Smash Bros, Goldeneye, Mario Kart and Perfect Dark, so anything other than that and you’re probably getting ripped off.
As you scroll down the page, you can see the seller is overwhelmed by Christmas spirit due to the unexpectedly high bids, and is now throwing in an additional N64 game and promises to donate 25% of the money to gaming charity Child’s Play. God bless us, every one!

Are you a bad enough dude to rescue this anonymous cartridge?

I actually have a N64 hooked up in the basement right now…… I want to get the Commodore 64 and it’s separate 5 1/2″ floppy drive from my parents basement and set that up too for some wonderful 64 bit gaming fun….
But this is neat, I would not bid for it but if I could sell Turok or madden 64 for that much I would be happy. I was thinking of trying to find some more games for the N 64 but don’t want to pay much. Most of the games you can download on the the WII I think too….
