Play Against Megan Fox on Xbox Live This Weekend

As part of Microsoft’s “I-had-no-idea-this-existed” Game with Fame series, this weekend you can actually play against Megan Fox on Xbox Live this weekend. What’s the game of choice? Halo? Gears? Don’t be stupid, it’s Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen of course! Fox is doing this to promote new DLC for the the game, but unless she has a headset and a webcam set up proving it’s her, I’m going to go ahead and be skeptical about this.

But here’s the official word from Microsoft who claims this is legit:

“Megan Fox, who plays Mikaela Banes in the Tranformers series of movies, will visit Xbox LIVE® to play Xbox LIVE® Gold Members in TRANSFORMERS™: REVENGE OF THE FALLEN™ THE GAME on August 29.

If you’re an Xbox LIVE Gold Member (if not, upgrade now!), and you want a chance to play with Megan Fox, send a friend request to the following Gamertag and be online half an hour before (5:30 P.M. ET) the Game with Fame session starts on Saturday, August 29, 6:00 P.M. ET.”

I can just see how this conversation went.

Fox: You want me to do WHAT?

Studio: Play the Transformers game on Xbox with fans.

Fox: No, no, no. I have an appointment to make more outrageous comments to GQ and then a photoshoot for FHM.

Studio: (holds up paper) It’s in your contract, right after “Must wash Michael Bay’s Ferrari.”

Fox: I have the worst ****ing agent…

I would say that I’m going to attempt to befriend “Megan Fox 2009″ this weekend, but that would require buying the Transformers game, which was presumably only purchased by ten year-olds who don’t appreciate the significance of hearing Megan Fox’s voice in your headphones.
