WineSkin: Fly your wine home safely
I recently flew from Santa Barbara, California back to my home airport of Seattle, Washington. And since I’d been in Santa Barbara Wine Country, I came back with three bottles of California vino: Carina Cellars 2006 Clairvoyant; Summerland 2006 Pinot Noir; and Municipal Winemakers 2007 Shiraz-Cabernet.
I purchased two of them while on a wine tasting tour with Captain Jack’s. It wasn’t to the vineyards outside of Santa Barbara, but stops at four tasting rooms in Santa Barbara: Summerland, Santa Barbara Winery, Oreana and Coastal Winery.
At Summerland, I spied some very cool WineSkins for transporting wine in your suitcase. Priced right at $3, it was the perfect solution for my souvenir problem.
