It sorta makes sense that cabbies would be blogging. After all, they have all that time waiting between fares. Plus, they get to meet and see more than their share of unusual people and situations.

Here are 17 Cool Taxi Cab Photo Blogs at I Love Photo Blogs. Cities of the cabbies include Bangkok, Sydney, New York City, Dublin, Tampa, London and Fredricton, New Brunswick.

My favorite title is Famous Fat Dave: The Hungry Cabbie (The Eating Adventures of a Checker Cabbie). Yup, he’s from New York City. I guessed either that or Chicago.

    About Me

I'm a professional freelance writer and photographer who has been in the journalism 'biz since 1988. I live on a small farm on an island in Puget Sound with my husband, chickens, turkeys and our very own field of dreams. When I'm not packing and unpacking from exploring the seven continents (yup, I've done 'em all), I enjoy theater, movies, jazz, fine food, heavenly spas and long dinner parties with my family and friends. Oh, I grew up in the '60s and I sort of remember it through the haze.
