The Bravern: Luxury shopping in Bellevue

The International Council of Shopping Centers reports that The Bravern is the only luxury shopping center of its caliber to open in the U.S. this year. Located in Bellevue, Washington, it’s the Pacific Northwest’s first and only designer fashion shopping and dining destination.
Area hotels have also gotten into the luxury groove, with The Woodmark in nearby Kirkland offering a special shopping package that includes overnight accommodations, round-trip transportation to The Bravern, $100 shopping coupon and other specials.
Scheduled to open Sept. 12, 2009, The Bravern is a 1.6 million sq. ft. mixed development located at the entrance to Bellevue. The following upscale brands are a part of the mix:

- Jimmy Choo
- Salvatore Ferragamo
- Piazza Sempione
- Artisanal Brasserie and Artisanal Table
- John Howie Steak
- Wild Ginger
