		<description>I share your concern Ryan, Obama&#039;s election could very easily lead to a sense of complacency in regard to the race issue.  Just because one black man managed to climb to the top of the heap doesn&#039;t mean there still aren&#039;t a lot struggling to get out from under.</description>
