In the meantime, I&#039;ve found that the foam roller and a tennis ball can be pretty good substitutes :-)

		<description>True that on yoga! Whenever I&#039;ve had an active &quot;practice&quot; I&#039;ve stayed injury free...and whenever I slack off, I get more aches and pains, and even more injuries, especially muscle/tendon stuff.

These alternative treatments sound so promising - one more to add might be massage therapy. A talented therapist can do a lot to promote recovery and flexibility. But, again, fat chance with insurance coverage!</description>
