I’m finding this very ironic. Starbucks, which started out as a local Seattle coffee bean roaster and retailer, became a huge corporate conglomerate. But success was fleeting and profits started to wane. So now they are reportedly opening new stores without the Starbucks name, posing as a local coffee bean roaster and retailer.

Sneaky, sneaky!

And, I am willing to admit, I’m a bit chef-obsessed. As a culinary junkie, I follow food stories from around the globe; I am enticed by the wonderful, the weird, the sweet, and the savory.
