A BA in philosophy with a little key that didn't open anything led me into a long and loved career as a grunt in the American War Machine. Retired because I had lost faith in the leaders, and somehow drifted into a peripatetic career as a manager, a non-profit CEO, a consultant, an academic and back into management. Left-libertarian, with a spouse who sees me as a friend and a significant other who loves/hates/ignores me. Left-libertarian, stoic about personal stuff--pain, love, disappointment--passionate about the old truth-justice-American way, which I see as an expression of a belief in Democratic principles and republican government. Note the small R. A very apostate Catholic, I know profess a belief in Tiffany as the singularity. You really don't want to fuck around with the singularity. Tiffany is a fat, horney, no so bright teenage girl who primarily is concerned if her thong makes her ass fat. While she ignores us, we are best served to keep her ignoring us.
