This Is Annoying Me...

The fact that everyone, including myself, thinks they are the only correct person in the world and that their experience is the only true and correct experience to be, heh, experienced.

This Is Making Me Worry...

The state of our consciousness-as stated above in the "annoying me" section: we are constantly in a "me" sort of mindset rather than an "us" sort. We have, indeed, made great strides in the last century to shift that state, but there is most definitely more to be done.

I'm Running From...

Myself, but I constantly catch up, which usually scares me. ;)

This Is Helping Me Create...

I've begun to use loose leaf paper and Sharpie Pens. And a gigantic three ring binder. Oh and Postit Notes and red, erase able pencils.

Can't Do Without

Snuggles. Bedtime is my most favorite time of day. In fact, I love being in bed so much if I don't force myself to get up I'll just lie around most of the morning imagining the day away.

If we're talking about singing voices then Ken Page-played Old Deuteronomy and Oogie Boogie-tops the list. If we're talking author voices then Niel Gaiman, Terry Pratchett, Holly Lisle and Vikki Bramshaw are among the many. And if we're talking social movers and shakers then all the ladies at World Pulse top my list.

Owning and running my own small farm/ranch depending on the grocery store as little as possible and reading tarot and providing Reiki healing from my living room (while having published a few novels.)

Why True/Slant

I am absolutely delighted to have found this unique place. I followed a link from the Smithsonian magazine's website-a contributor from here (Caitlin Kelly to be exact) wrote a very interesting, and very true article on Christmas shoppers. There is much more substance here than other "news" sites online because of the manner in which it is presented. A project becomes a being in and of itself when all people are able to contribute and be heard. This place is special, it has heart.
