Mr. Peabody explains Middle East history

Understanding the Middle East isn’t the easiest task. This humble reporter spent thousands of dollars on a graduate degree and travel to some strange and exotic countries; he probably knows less than when he began.

But for those looking to understand how American intervention mucked up Iraq and Iran, this YouTube clip is for you. It’s easy to redub Sherman and Mr. Peabody; it’s even easier to redub Mr. Peabody to shout obscenities at Cold War-era bureaucrats. Enjoy.

Think Mr. Peabody and Sherman could narrate “Legacy of Ashes” in its entirety?
