The Greatest Radio Interview, Perhaps Ever
Or at least it’s a fun interview that occurred last week on Scott Horton’s must-listen Antiwar Radio Show, wherein I was his guest. The link is here, so have a listen if you want to hear my uncensored comments and reckless speculation on the future of Iraq, the “jaw droppingly awesome” role of Ahmed Chalabi, and what the American presence is going to look like in Iraq after they withdraw.
Also, for what it’s worth, I don’t think True/Slant is evil. In fact, the staff has been rather cordial and supportive. On the whole a very positive experience blogging here.

“Each war, it is said, produces its own literary classics. All Quiet on the Western Front for WWI, Catch-22 for WWII, Dispatches for the Vietnam War. So where is the masterpiece from the current Iraq War? The outstanding book by Michael Hastings…is certainly a candidate.”
