Vice TV has a new five-part series on the semi-submersibles that Colombian drug traffickers started using a few years ago.The New York Times ran a magazine piece recently on the same.
This reminds me of another, totally engrossing Vice series on criminal use of Scopolamine, the “Devil’s Breath” or “Zombie drug” that strips its victims of free will. CNN did a follow-up.
