Another great reason to welcome Rush Limbaugh to the NFL owners’ circle

Get ready St. Louis Rams fans – your possibly soon-to-be new team owner likes to compare liberals to people who deserve to be made light of, like old NFL players who are victims of serious brain damage! Check out this laughing matter from October 1:

“I thought maybe ol’ Alan Grayson had played football, because, you know, the New York Times had a story on how old NFL players are suffering from dementia, but he’s too much of a liberal to ever have competed in anything.”

via Thursday Quotes: Your Conservative Bulwark.

Boy, what’s next, Rush? “I thought Nancy Pelosi may have been an actress, because, you know, I’ve been reading about how Roman Polanski drugged up and raped that 13-year-old actress, but she’s too much of a liberal to ever have been a raped by an old man.”

By the way Rush, Rep. Grayson did compete for one thing: his House seat which he beat a Republican incumbent for on a 52/48 split.

PS – This was in a list of quotes Rush releases on a daily basis that people might want to pass around, if they’re the kind of people who like making tasteful jokes about brain damage.

I bet Rush can’t wait to get into the Ram’s locker room. Do a Google search of Limbaugh+gay and you’ll see why.

    About Me

I'm waiting for the day when I can get the news directly into my brain. Until then, I'll be lit up by the electric glow of screens, chasing the latest breaking like the hopeless news junkie I am. Ever since the Encyclopaedia Britannica tried to launch a web portal ten years ago, I've seen many ends of the online news spectrum, from my time as a political news reporter for both RawStory.com and the Huffington Post to the better part of a year I spent running the late New York Sun's website. There have been a lot of other stops in between. Now I am your homepage editorial overlord. But I haven't let it go to my head. Yet.
