Rhetorical question much? Russia’s NATO envoy offers $1 million to anyone who will prove him wrong, bro

Russia’s fire-mouthed envoy to NATO has offered, via his increasingly insane Twitter feed, $1 million dollars to anyone “who will prove that NATO is not pursuing military planning against Russia.”
Hilariously, RIA Novosti, one of the state news wires, ran with the story, saying, “He did not say, however, how he would hand the money to the winner, or even if he possessed such a sum.”
Conveniently, it doesn’t matter whether Rogozin possesses such a sum because Rogozin a) believes beyond a doubt that NATO is in fact out to attack Russia, and b) was asking a rhetorical question.
(Context: The uber-nationalistic Rogozin was once head of the Motherland Party, which was engineered by the Kremlin as a nationalist decoy. When the party started performing a little too well in elections, the Kremlin closed it down and sent Rogozin “to drop rhetorical bombs on NATO,” which would explain why he spends so much time Twittering.)
