Friday Scramble: More Dwarves

As revealed by the exquisite-taste-having Hawbaker in the comments section yesterday — and as reported by the excellent Videogum back in April — Tiptoes is the greatest movie ever made. And by that I mean that it’s the most inconceivable romantic comedy ever concocted. How did a project starring Matthew McConaughey as a Jew and Gary Oldman as a dwarf ever fall through the cracks? We are all very stupid, that’s how. But not even remotely as dumb as the studio executive who decided to greenlight this.
