Jeffrey Seglin writes "The Right Thing," a weekly column syndicated by The New York Times Syndicate since February 2004. From 1998 to 2004, he wrote a monthly ethics column of the same name for The Sunday New York Times business section. He is an associate professor at Emerson College in Boston where he teaches writing and ethics. He is the author of many books, including The Right Thing: Conscience, Profit and Personal Responsibility in Today's Business and The Good, the Bad, and Your Business: Choosing Right When Ethical Dilemmas Pull You Apart.
