		<description>Thanks for covering this, Jeff. I  found you as I was checking on  line about Green Carts for Chicago (yes, please!). I was at this event, but unfortunately arrived just when Karen Karp finished talking. I thought at the box lunch session, someone mentioned that Green Carts were up for consideration by the city council. Do you anything about that?
