I'm the former editor-in-chief of New York Press, senior editor of Forbes Traveler, associate editor of The Prague Pill (R.I.P.). Everything started with an angry little zine called Crank, 1994-2000. I founded 100 Words in 2001; it's still running strong at 100words.com with several million published words. I've spent a lot of time in a lot of places, including Prague, Bangkok and countless hotels of varying quality. One year, I slept in 120 different beds.
I've written for the New York Times, New York magazine, Forbes Insights, Radar, Good, Wired, the New York Post, The Guardian, Men's Journal, Penthouse, Maxim UK, Fortean Times and some others. I've sold an as yet unproduced screenplay to some folks in the U.K., and I've got another about to make the rounds.
