‘Take the Criminally Insane to the Fair Day’…

…Surprisingly goes wrong after one of them escapes at the Spokane County Fair.

We learned today that Phillip Paul wasn’t the only criminal at the fair. In fact, there were 31 patients labeled as criminally insane who took the day trip.

So of course the question the Department of Social and Health Service wants answered is why are insane criminals allowed to go to the fair?
