Another 9-1-1 call over fast food

Looks like the trifecta of 9-1-1 calls over failed fast food orders is complete. The latest incident comes from Oregon where Jeremy Martin calls 9-1-1 repeatedly over incorrect change given for his order. Sure, it’s not as dramatic as the lady who went ballistic over McDonalds having no McNuggets, or the person who called over a juice box. The beauty about this particular incident is that Martin summoned the press and wanted to speak out about why he called 9-1-1.

  1. collapse expand

“Is this guy facing any…more…things related to this?” This is what happens when news anchors try to ad-lib, and it is just sad. I have actually been to that McDonald’s. How much was the amount of error? If it was like 3 cents, this guy is an uber-moron. He needed to just get over it.

    About Me

I was born and raised in Peterborough Ontario, from there I've moved to London, Banff, Victoria and finally Qualicum Beach - I am confident I have found the best place in Canada to settle. I don't consider myself a writer, I only play one on the Internet - I started blogging years ago for my now-defunct website ThrowawayyourTV.com - Since then I've blogged for AOL and worked as a manager/trainer at Mahalo.com assisting writers in learning the ropes of Internet Research and web-writing. Away from the computer I work as a pay-on-call Firefighter here in town.
