The Daily Show: Persians of Interest

Jason Jones of The Daily Show visited Iran prior to the election and spoke to three different Iranian reformers. All three were arrested without charges immediately after the election. Makes for a pretty interesting segment of American television.

    Wow.
It’s hard to be funny about such serious stuff. People like that are the ones who help keep the world from shooting itself in the face, while trying to kill the other guys. Bravo to Daily Show, again, for doing some pretty good not-funny journalism, mixed with some funny journalism.

    About Me

I was born and raised in Peterborough Ontario, from there I've moved to London, Banff, Victoria and finally Qualicum Beach - I am confident I have found the best place in Canada to settle. I don't consider myself a writer, I only play one on the Internet - I started blogging years ago for my now-defunct website ThrowawayyourTV.com - Since then I've blogged for AOL and worked as a manager/trainer at Mahalo.com assisting writers in learning the ropes of Internet Research and web-writing. Away from the computer I work as a pay-on-call Firefighter here in town.
