I've seen my share of overboard cops and this doesn't look like one. It looks like the drunk guy was nothing more than a sack of potatoes, so when the cop shoved him up against the wall to perform a search, the guy was just flung through the window. I don't think he (i.e. the cop) did it on purpose. The glass seemed really thin, too, since it shattered to so many pieces when a chunk fell onto the ground -- perfect for dramatic effect. But a small percentage of police in just about every jurisdiction will use violence as part of their routine. After all, some entered police work for the wrong reasons, including the opportunity to wield authority with little oversight. YouTube when used responsibly by the citizenry can level the relationship, just a bit, between police officers carrying weapons and constituents who are not.
