FOX News Once Again Misleads With Palin Footage
Those bumbling, misleading boobs at FOX News. Once again they’re playing a game of media smoke-and-mirrors by trying to pass off old footage and claiming it’s fresh.
FOX News host Gregg Jarrett was going on about Sarah Palin’s Going Rogue Tour 2009, and how she was pulling in huge crowds of over 1,500 people in Grand Rapids Michigan. Cut to video clip of Palin surrounded by a sea of manic supporters.
Quip from FOX News’ Gregg Jarret: “These are some of the picture just coming into us…The lines earlier had formed this morning.”
The funny thing is, the footage was actually from a 2008 McCain/Palin rally. Whoops! This comes on the heels of Sean Hannity being called out by Comedy Central’s Jon Stewart for passing off the wrong crowd footage for a sparsely attended Tea Party Patriot rally to make it appear like there were more attendees.
In regard to FOX News, I guess these are the only misleading videos clips that people happen to catch in order to promote their agenda. (What else is in their misleading video clip closet?)
Hey FOX News, if you’re going to mislead people with your video clips of the frenzy behind Sarah Palin’s book tour, why not use this clip:
