Carrie Prejean Flips Out On Larry King Live
Wow! This was one of the most awkward interviews ever. Wednesday night, Carrie Prejean was on Larry King Live. Besides declaring Sarah Palin as her hero she also denounced Larry for being inappropriate. Larry, in turn, looked like his head was about to explode. Carrie ripped off her microphone and threatened to storm off the set, like, well, kinda a bitchy ex-beauty queen. (I’m sure she’d cite her political beliefs are the reason I made that comment.)
A great moment of TV! Larry was left with nothing to talk about with vapid-headed Carrie except her stupid, asinine book.

I thought the weirdest part was that she just sat there after de-mic-ing herself. If you’re gonna storm out, you have to commit to it or it just looks a little lame.
I also liked how after she pissed off Larry King and started to put the pr spin on her sex tape by talking about how she likes helping children, Larry immediately said, “We’re out of time.”

@LeeAnn, I think you missed Carrie Prejean’s point. She was clearly staging a sit-in in the Larry King Studio to protest his inappropriateness in repeatedly asking a logical question. See, you were trying to apply logic to her illogical logicality.
Here’s some free PR advice for Carrie: Embrace your sex tape and market it on the safe sex platform. And stop with the silly drama queen antics.
Great pull back shot once she took off the mic. Made her seem like a crazy lady mumbling to herself.
Strange though, when she was on Sean Hannity, he asked her as many sex tape questions as he wanted and she didn’t threaten to storm off the set. I guess it helps if you write the introduction to her book……..

We can’t blame Carrie Prejean for not knowing Larry King is a “dirty talker.” She’s young. He’s had seven failed marriages (that we know of). That’s like 49 sex tapes in tabloid-years, right? I’m sorry. I lost my failed-marriages-to-sex-tape conversion chart. Help a guy out!
It’s just another long line of talentless people, like balloon boy dad, Levi Johnston, etc.. that we get fascinated with.
The way she kept repeating, “Larry you’re being inappropriate,” made it seem like Larry was trying to grope her. The sex tape is the only reason she’s getting air time at this point.
After all these years, Larry King finally finds it within himself to ask a semi-tough question, and this is what he gets.
Seriously, though, you’ve got to assume that Carrie has a hired team to coach her through these sorts of situations. If this is the advice they’re giving her on how to handle the easiest interview on television, Carrie’s next draw down on her account should be for a lawyer to sue this PR company of hers.
Yeah, he was throwing pretty basic softball questions. But then again, the entire incident will equal more book sales for Still Standing. Either her pr person is a complete genius or a complete idiot.
