Michael, I welcome the comment – vegan or not. A lot of folks think cod tongues are delicious as well… being battered up and fried in salty fat has nothing to do with.

I had a delicious tongue sandwich last night at Katz’s Deli in New York, and I routinely enjoy Tortas de lengua at the Mexican deli down the street from my apartment. I know this is a vegan blog and all, but beef tongue is delicious!
