Shadegg baby prop fails, healthcare passes House

Hey, look at the idiocy of Republican Congressman John Shadegg, holding up a 7-month-old baby on the floor of the House of Representatives as a ridiculous prop to try and thwart health care reform. Maddie believes this… Maddie knows that… Blah, blah, blah. Maddie is not even a year old, and has no idea why this joker won’t just let her find the off switch to the microphone so she won’t have to listen to his silly nonsense any longer. Some day Maddie is going to grow up and will probably have to watch this clip. Perhaps by them Shadegg will have apologized, and then again, perhaps not.

I generally don’t like movies or shows starring children and this is no exception.

What a lucky child to have a such enduring proof that her grandfather is an idiot. I watched a great deal of the floor debate yesterday, you really can’t help but notice that the GOP is nothing more than a band of petulant idiots long out of step with the American people.

    B,

    Hard to disagree.

    J,

Maybe a young Drew Barrymore in that role would have been a tad more tolerable.

Yeah- it’s about as rediculous as expecting lib–turds to have the charater to actually support thermselves rather than expect others to pay for their food, housing, health care, education, day care, etc., etc,… What’s next, “His cars nicer than mine, I want a Porche too?”

Poster “robt” has this witty retort:

Amazing…two whole sentences, and he managed to misspell FOUR words in the process. What was the upshot of his inane diatribe? He clearly does not like anyone who’s not a card carrying, Reagan worshiping closeted a$$ who’d rather it was still 1950.
