Cell Phones and Polling
A new generation of voters is playing havoc with poll numbers. Why? They don’t own land-line telephones. The statistically significant number of people in the U.S. who only use a cell phone has now caught the attention of polling organizations like Gallup and Pew, who are attempting to factor in these numbers.
