Absurd! The reason...a bunch of old men who run the sport from Europe insisted it was, of course, too dangerous. Times and attitudes did change. I was amused and deeply proud to see the U.S. women sweep gold, silver and bronze in the most recent Olympics in saber. Sexism makes kudzu look lazy.
