When Michael Jackson Was 21

Now that Michael Jackson’s death isn’t quite the headline it was just a couple weeks ago, I’d like to share one of his more stellar moments. This video from 1979 shows an uncannily charismatic and talented young man, and provides nary a glimmer of the dark days to come. Hard to believe that anybody who danced so infectiously and innately well could ever have visited the darkness that Michael Jackson did.
