Oddly, this tampon ad was rejected by O.B. For some reason, they didn’t want to permanently associate their product with the image of a undead monster chomping down on lady parts with his super sharp fangs. As Copyranter observes, this type of copy seems to always come from all-male creative teams. Funny that.

The fangs are in the shape of tampons, right? Either that or they’re really, really blunt, which is even more horrific. Hard to believe J&J paid someone to come up with this.
I’ve worked in advertising quite a bit so for me, it’s not at all hard to believe that people were paid to come up with this misguided concept.
