I’m an early Baby Boomer and I love her music. It has been years since I bought an album, almost back to the days of vinyl. I received her CD the day before Thanksgiving and have been playing it ever since. It is great to have music back in the house. For me, it is not the backstory but the voice. It is soaring and pure. I was a singer myself who spent a lonely childhood singing out my emotions. Only for me, it was not in my room (my brothers would have never allowed that) it was from the back of my horse. I’m glad her singing gave her release and happy she is finally being rewarded for her golden talent.

Her story is also compelling. It’s nice to see a “good guy” win for a change.

I just got the C.D. this week and her singing is beautiful. My favourite though is Who I Was Born To Be. Susan’s voice is unique and exquisite – so is she.
