		<description>This is so awful to even consider for one minute, but your advice is well thought out. I think, too, you might add a &quot;buddy system&quot;, i.e. talk to another parent you know whose kid is on the same team and have your kids pair up everytime one child is asked to do something alone with the coach. It&#039;s kind of like the rule they have in gynecologist&#039;s offices where male doctors need to bring in a female nurse or assistant when a pelvic exam is being done.  Less likely to be bad behavior, when someone else is there to witness it. Safety in numbers, if you will.</description>

Kids are taught to respect authority figures and go along with the crowd; it takes a brave and confident kid to say &quot;No&quot; to whatever seems a little weird to them, leave the room, tell someone, whatever. Maybe kids need very explicit guidance/permission to withstand peer pressure as well as that of their coach(es.)</description>
