Patton Oswalt on Jay Leno: ‘No more for you guys’
The great Patton Oswalt, who is the funniest guy in whatever room he happens to be in, analyzes the Leno/O’Brien flap from the perspective of a working comedian in this clip from Comedy Death-Ray. It shouldn’t be surprising that the man who once called KFC’s Famous Bowl entree a “failure pile in a sadness bowl” has the perfectly smart and sharp perspective on why Leno has been such a brutal disappointment in late-night. I think Patton Oswalt is completely right on in this interview. Whatever happens, Conan will be fine. If anything, NBC is going to suffer from this type of shenanigans in the end.
