Cannabis Rules Have Changed
Warning! It’s over, rules have changed!
Belgian website C’est Fini draws to attention the ending of the policy of tolerance surrounding the use of cannabis by Belgian drugs tourists in Dutch border towns of Bergen Op Zoom and Roosendaal. It is intended to discourage Belgian cannabis users. It does so in a supposedly humorous way – by making a movie trailer.
Judge for yourself. Is it funny? Effective? Neither?
